Welcome to Southpaw Fitness. As I am sure you’ve noticed, we are a 12,000 sq.ft hybrid training facility that offers both Strength and Conditioning and Boxing, Kickboxing and Self-Defense Training Sessions for all ages and experience levels.

All done in a friendly, welcoming semi-private group fitness environment. This type of training not only motivates but refuels you for the rest of your day. Here you receive world-class training, led by experienced Strength and Conditioning coaches with the wisdom to prevent you from making mistakes that can lead to an injury.
