Our Story

Welcome to Southpaw Fitness. As I am sure you’ve noticed, we are a 12,000 sq.ft hybrid training facility that offers both Strength and Conditioning and Boxing, Kickboxing and Self-Defense Training Sessions for all ages and experience levels.

All done in a friendly, welcoming semi-private group fitness environment. This type of training not only motivates but refuels you for the rest of your day. What makes us truly unique is that Southpaw Fitness is results-based, operates on accountability, building relationships and giving amazing customer service. Here you receive world-class training, led by experienced Strength and Conditioning coaches with the wisdom to prevent you from making mistakes that can lead to an injury. Training should be intense but executed properly in a safe judge-free environment. Our regimens aren’t just fun and challenging but they are dynamic as well. No more of the same mundane and monotonous exercises over and over. When you become a member, you are given a workout routine, healthy nutrition plans and a coach that’s going to rattle your cage just enough to get you to those results you desire.
